Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Studies @ UAEU

Welcome to the home page of the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Studies. We are happy to be at your service in all matters regarding the two domains that we oversee, and that represent key functions of this university's service to the nation.

Our chief roles in both of these domains are those of facilitators and coordinators. We are ready to support each individual effort that contributes to the enhancement of the UAEU's standing as a research university, or to the enhancement of our graduate studies sector. The rationale for these two areas being under the same administrative umbrella was clearly stated in H.H. the Chancellor's 2012 Convocation speech, in which he talked about the natural link between research and went on to emphasize that "The success of one depends on the success of the other."

We look forward to building on the UAEU's solid record, by helping to broaden and strengthen the UAEU's research activities, as well as the range and the efficacy of our graduate programs. Each one of the services that we provide is meant to underpin the UAEU's service to the nation. We will do our level best to assist you, whether you approach us as a prospective or current UAEU researcher or graduate student, or whether you come to us in search of individual, institutional, or corporate contact or cooperation. In any case, we appreciate your visit and your interest.
