"Usually, first-year students may became confused and need the right guidance to ensure their decisions taken at the beginning of the new year are the right decisions, therefore, organizing such exhibition and in such a distinctive way, offers the appropriate atmosphere for students to be introduced to the University and its majors closely. We also provided the opportunity this year for some employment and training companies to participate, to show the students the types of jobs available in their chosen careers,” Dr. Khalil added.

All nine colleges participated in this annual exhibition, in addition to some other companies who have long experience in the field of Emiratization.

The first-year students expressed their admiration of this exhibition. Ms. Hamda Hussain Al Hababi, Student at UGRU, said "The exhibition helped us a lot today in the process of defining our major and it also gave us an idea of the options and support available to us."

Ms. Maitha Al Shamsi, Academic Advisor at College of Food and Agriculture, said "This exhibition was beneficial for both first-year students and me, a student close to graduating.
