Chairman

Andy Snyder is currently CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a family-owned investment and management firm, and Chairman of CIG's subsidiaries, ProQuest, Bowker, and Navtech, Inc. He also serves on the Board of InfoSpace, Inc. ("INSP"), in which CIG is a significant shareholder.

Mr. Snyder began his work with CIG in 2003 and is responsible for the management of all CIG operating companies as well as the investment and acquisition process for CIG and its companies. Under his leadership, CIG has grown significantly and completed more than 30 acquisitions over the past eight years, including the $200+million acquisition of ProQuest Information and Learning.

Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Snyder spent seven years at the Goldman Sachs Group where he focused on traditional media, technology and services investing for the firm's private equity fund. He also spent one year as the Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Snyder graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude. He currently serves on the Board of the Association of American Publishers, the Board of Overseers of Penn Libraries and the New Leaders Steering Committee of the New York Presbyterian Hospital.
